12 & 1/2 x 12 & 1/2 Toogie. Strips in between 1 & 1/2. And border around would add 12" to width and 12" to length. It measures 91" X 102". Don't think you can tell by pics but each Sunbonnet has eyelet ruffle(white) on cuff of sleeve. Started out as just a Full size but her mom wanted it a queen since that is her bed size. I thought oh well she'll probably have a king size one day so went a head. Going to make pillow Shams to match still have enough of the pink with strawberry to do it. Fabric in this , some from some dresses from her other Great Grand mother and some from G. G. Grands all passed away now. Some from her mothers sewing when she was in 4-H and won ribbons for. I still had some scraps left from them. A lot of History to some of the scraps . Must write it all down for her Abby was moved upstairs to her own RM 2 yrs ago and picked out her RM color herself. Think pepto bismol, lol, she asked me the to make her a pink blanket (that is what she calls a quilt). You may remember I did one for her brother (Overall Sam) it's somewhere back in projects about 5 yrs ago. Anyway thank you for liking it it./Lillian

She is a very, very girly little 5 yr. old. Nothing like her mom was at that age. Her mom was all Tom Boy and Abby is all tu tus, lace and ruffles. In her 3rd yr of dance now , yet her older bro is in to Base Ball and sports but has started playing piano. He did his 1st public solo last Sunday. Played Jesus Loves Me for all the church between SS. and Church Services. I just sat there and cried, had no idea he was going to do it. Thank you

Cut and done the old way almost. I first put iron on backing and ironed on, then zig zagged over all the edges , arms, hands, dresses, aprons, bonnets , shoes were all seperate pieces . Patterns from old quilt block. Cut new patterns using cereal box cardboard.Each block was made then did the quilt sandwich and after all blocks were done. Put them all together. Her name I do not remember who those appl. fonts came from, someone here probably remembers and I'm not sure but the A and U sunbonnet applic./embroidery designs came either from J.J. or Oma

Blocks are 100% cotton. The appliques are some all cotton and some are cotton and polyester blend. Batting is polyester and backing 100% cotton. Received a 1st place blue ribbon on this yesterday at a Cultural Arts Craft Fair.. I believe for the micro p
