EDIT PHOTOS BELOW-Hi Cuties,

I went to the thrift shop today and really got some finds, but the one I'm most happy with is this little battery operated, Singer sewing machine! Isn't it the cutest thing you ever saw?

It has a real working light and it straight stitches or zig-zags, how you like that ! The batteries (2 D cell) still are up, so I was able to see it worked, before I paid so much for it. Just teasing you, look at the sticker price!

The thread spool is in the cover where it says Singer. The on/off switch is on front with a safety cover over the needle. The little drawer opens up,on the front and has another spool of thread, needle threader, and a tape measure.

They all will be back tomorrow night, so I can give it to her then. It feels like Christmas, to me anyway!

I hope you all are having as great a day as me-Toogie
bevintex asked about my other finds today, so I added photo below. Info is in my comment to bevintex.I love these buttons on the jacket. The buttons alone, are worth the $3. I can get a jumper/dress for Avery out of the plaid.
I hope Joshua is enjoying this new venture/home. Did he find a job? Hope all is well. Love to you both-Toogie
Long way to travel from South Africa but am on my way on Monday
Hope whoever gets your find enjoys it!
