You can use the free Wilcom Truesizer programme. There are other ones on the net. If you do a Google search and type in "how to change formats for embroidery sewing machines" there are quite a few different options. Good luck, love Chris, Newcastle, Australia.

P.S. I've put a couple here and I am sure there are others, just wait a while and other people will help you out.

As far as I know, .EXP is not an embroidery format. Can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to do?

Hi Sue, yes the .EXP is used for Berninas.
"The 830, 780, 750, and 580 Bernina machines need the EXP format for designs. The Bernina 630 and 640 also read the EXP format." Love Chris
