well it is that time of year again when I make my squash soup & this year I have added a photo of just how thick it really is. No milk added & all natural ingredients too. Even after I held the spoon & juggled the camera the drip didn't go any further then it is shown here, very thick & creamy YUMMY

thank you it is all pretty basic except that the way I prepare it makes a big difference. I have a Vita-Mix & I puree everything. 1/2 cup olive oil(extra virgin)

if anyone really wants my recipe & you have a vita-mix I will add it here. I hesitate to add the recipe because if you don't have a heavy duty blender then you may not get your soup to be as thick & creamy as mine is

I usually make pumpkin soup and had a lovely recipe but have lost it and others that I have tried are not so nice must say your soup looks very yummy just the thing with hot crusty rolls with butter
