Just wondered if anyone here has had any dealings with a company called JB Click N Stitch.

From the name of their web site, which is www.jbclicknstitch.co.uk , I'm guessing they are based in the UK. There is no business email address, or phone number or physical business address shown on their web site and when I sent them a message over a month ago, via their contact us page, I received no reply. They are offering stacks of designs for sale on-line, but their Privacy page is blank and so is their Conditions of use page. I was trying to ask them if they were licensed designs that they were selling. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate site? From the feedback comments they display (unless those are fakes), it has apparently been operating for over 10 years, and I thought it would have been shut down by the powers that be before now, if it were operating illegally, especially when it is offering a lot of Disney character designs etc.
If it is really trading illegally, why has it apparently been doing so for all those years? Why haven't the UK Federal Police or Disney themselves closed them down? Are the laws for internet trading much more lenient in the UK?

I have never heard of them but had a look. their top sellers are--
Thomas Tank Engine
Peter Pan & Tinkerbell
Spiderman
Disney Princess's 2
Bob the Builder
Bratz Girls
Paddington Bear
Precious Moments ABC
Disney Christmas
Peter Rabbit
I have no desire to do any business with them and I will steer clear of this site

They are pirated designs. I immediately recognised the Christmas Lace as being Husqvarna Card 53 which I own. The Cherished Teddies I think are Amazing Designs. I recognise a lot of the other sets but don't have time to check them out.
I don't know why the Design Companies haven't shut them down. They may not actually be in the U.K but just using the Low Cost Web Designs portal.

Thanks - a shame when some folks like them do things like this - it pays to be very cautious where you get designs from

I would not purchase anything from them. Feedback means very little since it is easily altered. The designs are obviously illegal.

No idea and can find no idea as to where in the UK. No the UK isn't lenient but somehow presume that this is a hew company and not been taken to court as it where...yet.

Thanks - maybe the powers that be are just letting them have "enough rope to hang themselves" but it would be safest for us to steer well clear of them

Out of curiosity I had a look and would stay clear of this site. They designs I saw reminded me of the free ones that were around 10 years or so ago very poor quality. Even though you can pay by Pay Pal doesn't mean the site is legit.
