I'm trying to download a free pattern from cute embroidery in Jef format but can't seem to download it. What can I be doing incorrectly?

If you will give us more information, like the link or the number we can try to download it and see if there's a problem.

When you click on jef, it comes up with save at the bottom of your screen, click on the arrow which brings up 3 options, click on save as which will then open up a screen for you to download it to wherever you want to save it, then click save. Hope this is what you may be doing wrong and can be of any help. Hugs Maureen

I think she was trying to get the design from Projects. It was a design offered in the DBC.
