This looks great -love all of the colours. If you want to reduce the background so that your work is more central, you may like to try a free download program called Irfanview. Using that, you can select just the part of the picture that you want to keep, go to Edit, crop selection, Save/Save As etc and you'd get rid of the excess background.

Lovely beautiful colours if you could find an embroidery design of a peacock you could embroider these and attach for a 3D effect and frame just an idea but I can picture how nice it would look and she would be over the moon with it
