So happy today i went to see the bone specialist about my wrist and elbow and he said he would let me try cortisone shots again***instead of a cast IF i promised not to lift shove or heave***So i got a shot in my wrist ,one in my elbow and one in my left ankle****
All outside work is done for the season****i do a lot of men jobs as hubby is nearly blind**so i think i can be GOOD!!!!lol

Carolyn, I admire you so much for all you do, know how to do, and your always willing to help others, even though sometimes you're not able. I admire your strong faith and know that He sees you through.

You may need a little more explanation about how shoving or heaving may apply at the embroidery machine. Here's hoping the shots do the trick. Hope your wood pile was already big enough! I'm also a bit concerned about your canning endeavors.

Carolyn, i hope the injections work wonders for you. As you do SO much for others, try and take it a little easy, i know it is hard. Do take care of yourself as well, as John he needs you. How are the Shingles going ? hope there is some improvement. Praying for you both my friends Sandra..

You better behave, Carolyn, or us cuties will have to come up there and do an intervention on you!! Please head the doc's advice....you do so much for others that certainly there is someone that can help you out, but you have to allow someone to help you......now that you have been scolded, of course prayers are sent your way!!!

Love the cortisone and hope it does well for you. The Cuties have given you great advice. Please relax and give it some time. Please don't get excited and say it feels better and get too busy or it will just start to hurt bad again. Sending prayers your way.

I'm going to pray for you. I'm including in my prayers that God will gently remind you when you feel something needs to be done that you shouldn't and that He will send you help. Now promise me when the car needs to be moved, you'll crank it to move it and not just shove it over to the side?
