BLESS MEGANNE!
I have had a terrible time with trying to get a set size for my basting stitch - so Meg to the rescue!
I sent her the size of the hoop I'm working in and she has digitised me a perfect basting stitch. I wanted to use this as I only have a certain piece of fabric for the four corners and I didn't want to waste fabric by placing it wholly in the hoop - hence the basting stitch for the size I wanted. I've already done the central square which I posted earlier.
Once again Meg, thanks a million you are a wonderful friend and digitiser too. Love Chris

Meant to say the designs are brilliant and I'm using Robison Anton Snow White thread - no breakages so far!!! Yeah! The designs are from Stitch Delight - Antique Rose designs and I've bought the three sets. Love Chris

Thanks Jerrilyn, yes I'm very lucky and she's only a 40 minute drive from my place to hers. If I need something she will always digitise it for me and send me the design by email. She is so good, and I too can't wait to get it done, but it's going to take a long time. Love Chris

Sure helps having a great friend to help out. These are just beautiful blocks and can't wait to see what you're doing with them. I used my basting feature on my machine for the first time last evening. Worked great doing a towel and not wanting to hoop. I think I do like basting.
