Hi I wanted to share my thrill and miracle that happened yesterday. I have a kitten who we call Scooter. He is a grey long haired cutie. He was born with swimmers leg syndrome. He is unusual because All four legs are splayed out. He rests on his chest and can not stand or walk. If this happens to a kitten it is usually two legs that are splayed not four. The vets were at a loss

We have been doing PT on him for a month and I made a harness that I hold him up in and make him walk holding him up his body.
Yesterday he did not want to do PT and did not want the harness. I plopped him on the floor and teased him with toys to make him want the toy.
Yesterday he got himself up and walked a few feet the correct way and then ran a few feet waddling along. I cried I was so happy to see him up and walking himself.
There is not stopping him now Scooter will get stronger and stronger every day and be able to finally walk on his own. I had to share that with you all! Thank you God for listening to all the prayers...
