Well, took my Bernina to Singer. Was I impressed. It was opened up immediately and there was nothing wrong. They insisted I sit down and embroider a design from my machine. I feel such a fool as this same thing happened in February. The difference is that the last time I was charged by Bernina and today at Singer I was charged nothing and they gave me a new packet of needles. They did say that if it happens again they will take the machine to pieces. It is over an hours journey and I think my machine gets a little shaken but it is really not the answer. I am so very happy to have it back straight away.
Nice to know you have found someone to fix it that you feel comfortable with.
Enjoy your machine Sarah!
Lotsa Love

My first hubby and I had a Whitegoods repair business and one call I remembered was to a lady whose machine was just 'dead'.
Hubby had only returned it the day before after replacing the timer.
Well you can imagine she was REALLY irate and abusive until he arrived at her house and very politely turned the power switch on the wall to "ON".
What is the colour of embarrassment???
Beetroot red with green gills. 😂😂😂
