My house is cold. Miserable is more the word. Outside it is till beautiful days and cooler nights. I did get caught off guard and some of my tomatoes got caught in the frost the other night. Bringing the rest in today. Time to seriously get ready for winter. I have asked for more insulation in the basement!.

Oh, you have brought back memories of my 3 years in northern North Dakota. It fascinated me to see the moisture freeze in the air. Add another layer and stay warm. I hope you have finished stocking your storage area with lots of goodies for the cold season.

Carolyn, thinking of you both in the cold. I suppose by now you are ready for the snow season ahead, plenty of wood in, and cooked up a treat and the larder is FULL. Stay warm inside, now lots of inside tasks, this morning here is cool. But soon we would probably like a little of your weather, it will be TOO HOT. Sandra.

I love seeing your big weather temperature gauge each year and can't fathom that degree of COLD. I, along with the others are glad that you are ready for the cold winter ahead. It's good that you have that great big heater in the basement. Luv Chris

Oh wow I'm glad it hasn't gotten that cold yet where I am. The lows have been in the upper 40s and it gets to 55 or 60 during the day. However we have had humidity that makes it feel colder (at least to me because I'm cold a lot)

Hello Carolyn, which country do you live in? I'm in NSW Australia . We are having nice Spring days but soon Summer will kick in and it will be humid heat day x night. I've seen snow once as a kid when my parents took us to the the Snowy Mountains, in a few more years my husband & I plan to travel...., first we must stop working to visit our country !!!Janette.

I live in Northern<Ontario Canada in the bush on a dead end road***Nothing but wildlife and clean air and water **and very cold in winter which is coming any day now***we can get -35 f on most days in winter i have even seen -60f never went out that day***Hugs

Oh Carolyn, you need to become a snowbird and leave the winter months and come visit me on the Gulf Coast. We get lots of snowbirds Nov-April.

When we lived in Central Victoria, Australia we had winter frosts like that. I usually got to notice them while I was chasing the pet rabbit. I was a lot fitter in those days. :-)

Here in Minnesota we are enjoying record breaking highs. We have had gorgeous weather so far this month but they are telling us ENJOY because we have a cold and snowy winter ahead of us.
