Deep breath - now is the time to sign up for the Secret Santa Scheme for 2016.<br /><br />
You will need to make ONE item and send it to your Santee to arrive by 20th December. How difficult is that?<br /><br />
To sign up, please send an email to cutesecretsanta(at)yahoo(dot)com. Include your full name and postal address and your user name and say if you would like to receive a Christmassy gift or a year round one. A few details about your likes and dislikes would be very helpful, but it helps your Santa more if you post regularly in Community and Projects. This will give a deeper insight into your personality!<br /><br />
You have until 10th November to do this. When I have all of the names, I will don the sorting hat and send you the details of your Santee. That gives you several weeks to plan and execute your gift.<br /><br />

Stress is no fun, but I see what you mean. It's a whole lot easier if your recipient gives a list of things they might enjoy :)
Easier still if they post their own embroidery here for us to see and make comments about other projects!
I try not to post anything with the same fabric as any of the projects I did for the secret exchanges. Sometimes I make 2 so I can keep one. Lol!

Oh you should go ahead and sign up. It does not have to be anything very complicated. And you have more than a month to complete and mail off. It is great fun getting a package in the mail that is a complete surprise. Hugs. Nan w
I think you would enjoy joining us in the swap -it can be as simple as a coaster or mugmat, which could be in-the-hoop. Or you could embroider on a teatowel or handtowel -that wouldn't take long! It's such fun being sneaky and hiding your identity from your recipient!
