Beautiful detailing. What is the brown fabric?

It is a fabric that looks like leather,but very soft , I think more of a shaded look, than it looks it the picture.

I put a western style yoke pattern with my favorite jacket pattern, to create a different look, then just added my own version of piping to the yoke to make it look like I wanted it to look.
