Patch for repairing trousers. My daughter has been away and I was asked to dry some washing just as they went. I found my son in laws work trousers and created a patch for the knee. I'm not going to say anything about my efforts and see what happens. Thanks for looking

You should see asterixsew's husband's work trousers - they are more patch than trouser and all very inventive!
Sadly both pairs eventually were even beyond my care and since moving wears smarter trousers for odd jobbing in.
