Ballerina bear quilt wall hanging.After about 10 yrs it is finally finished for a 2yr old birthday present.<br /><br />

The bears are all hand blanket stitched applique.<br /><br />
I fell in love with this when I saw it at a Stitches & Craft shows years ago.Finished stitching the bears quickly but couldn't find any fabric that I liked for the border .Years later found some ,then I couldn't find a suitable size stencil to stitch on the border which looked bare to me.Managed to melt a small hole in the nylon organza when ironing it,put some nail polish on the hole so it wouldn't fray.Found some very small sequins to sew over the hole & to decorate some of the skirts ,so it wasn't easily noticed.
