I tried to stuff extra batting on the backside before I did the embroidery on it. I also cut around the embroidered design before hand. Then I turned this into a pillow & it is poofy but you can't really see it in the picture. I needed a car pillow since my is very deflated. lol I fall asleep in the car most of the time lol
