When I first make the angel , I didn't like the look, using netting. I remembered seeing using silk flowers as skirts (Sally Mavor). I am selling these in a craft fair, what doesn't sell I shall give a give at Christmas. The yellow lace angel I removed some of the outer lace skirt ( Stitch Delight). The fairy and ballerina are from Embroidery Library .

Saves lots of stitching time, and I think the effect is even better than the full lace skirt.
