help cuties please!!!!!!!!!! does anyone here use the jef format i done a big bird for someone and they said it is only half the bird not centered in hoop i only know pes format myself please help

I use Jef - I have a janome 10001. the standard hoops are 110mm x 110mm and 140mm x 200mm. I know sometimes when I convert the design ends up outside the embroidery area, but I can usually get it back in with the software (sewwhat) I use.

I use jef. When this happens I go through customizer, which is a software that came with my Janome MC300E. If you can't center it, send it to me and I will center it for you. My email is in my profile.
