As I said over in Projects here are the rest of the photo's for this gift. It started with the Embroidery design then an idea for a skirt.
Must admit most is guess work as child is 4,000 klms away.
This is my first ever circle skirt and I chose a metallic lycra fabric but it was easy to handle and falls so nice. In the second photo I have pinned the skirt by the elastic waist to the singlet to take the photo.

Love the way you laid it out. It will look great on the wearer. It must be tough to sew for someone without trying it on.

Thanks Chris. The whole out fit cost about $10.50 and still have some fabric left over.

Just got a phone call my Grand daughter loved the skirt so much she wanted it on straight away and wouldn't take it off to go to bed. They had to wait until she fell asleep to get it off her. Now that made me happy.
