Spent a week over Thanksgiving on the beach in NC where I shared a lot of time with my grandson, hunting-and finding-shark's teeth. Now it's time to make ornaments for Christmas. I thought it would be super to make him a fsl tooth. Posted here if anyone had seen one when my search was fruitless.
Well, along came Meganne who made one for me! It's wonderful and he loves it. How wonderful it is to have friends from around the world to help.
Don't know why the picture is sideways. The other is of teeth I found and one purchased for a necklace.
I'm a beach person... grew up on the coast of NC and live in N.FL now (of course...at the beach). And have spent many hours hunting (and finding) shark's teeth. They are doing beach renourishment now in my town where they dredge sand from off the coast and dump in on the coast. That's when you can find many treasures.
And Meganne.... what a wonderful design you have created. You created just the right amount of detail in this ornament.
