Little purse done for granddaughter's AG doll to match a dress I made her. This is a gift for Christmas. Her doll's name is Leah---hence--the 'L" initial. Fully lined and no raw edges.

Sweet...was this a top zipper purse done totally in the hoop? I noticed the boxed corners...

No, Kim, done totally on manual sewing machine-only the 'L' machine embroidery. So--I put it in this category. I did box the corners. Forgot to tell Chris that part. I'd love to have lots of the ITH designs. I bought another emb. only machne from BL--a Flourish-haven't tried it out yet but now have something for club with larger hoop rather than just a 4x4 so maybe now I can be doing more projects--can't hardly get around to anything at home these days so my 1-2 days a month out is my haven.

What a stunning bag. I've got the chevron stripe fabric in Aqua too. Can you share whose design this is please. Love Chris

Chris the bag was done on sewing machine and my pattern-stitched chevron to bottom half and lined with cotton batting. Did the quilting stitches then add zip with lining and stitch each panel together. Then laid out lining sides matching and quilted side matching. Sew all the way around leaving a hole in lining for turning. Top stitched hole closed in lining. The initial 'L' was built in on Baby Lock machine. Gdaughter will be thrilled with it. She had a list of doll things she wanted.

This is darling - What a great idea - I am definitely going to borrow it! One question - how big is it? I have no idea on sizing for these dolls. Thank you for sharing it.
