Is anyone else having problems downloading the spring front design? I coundn't the T from yesterday or the W for today. Help!

I have no problems at all. And I download several formats as I have machines of different brands. If you don't succeed, try to get help from Veronika ('contact us' bottom of the page), she's very helpful!

I had problems too, aparently is only when you try to download PES format, i ended downloading the design in a different format.

I downloaded also in Pes-format, but I had no problems. So I should say, make anothet try *4u

As adelmarie I had problems too when I tried to download PES format, and I downloaded the design in a different format

No problems today but have had problems at other times so maybe it is just that too many are downloading at the same time..wait a bit and then try again ...I use PES.

I often cannot d/l pes format so just redo and d/l in hus. Just try another format untill you get one that works for you.
