Pillowcases done with Buttercup font from Embroitique. Hubby invited more company for Christmas and I had to think of something quick and "one-size-fits-all" for a gift. I hope this works as I've never posted pictures before! A Merry Christmas to everyone!!! Avis

Thank you for your comments. I also use the Bentley font. I love the fact you get several sizes. Pillowcases are so easy to make and I've made them for wedding and birthday gifts in the past.

Fantastic idea! That's a very showy and an uncommon font to use. It has a very dramatic effect. If they don't like them, send them to me!

Thanks, Sandra, for your warm welcome. Actually I've been a Cutie for years but have never taken the time to post any of my own sewing; just added comments to others. Everyone gives me such inspiration.

Thank you. I think I'll make another set just as a stand-by gift that can be used for almost any occasion (suggestion of a spare gift made by "babash" earlier.

Thank you for your encouragement. What I like about these fonts is that they have great underlay stitching so that the top satin stitch really looks great!

Thanks for your comment. The font is not expensive and comes from 1/2 inch to 2 1/2 inches. I used the 2 1/2 size.

Well, they were appreciated. In our home most of our gifts are hand made. I even got homemade bath bombs from my 11-year old grandson!! Thanks for your encouragement; I plan to make some more pillowcases soon.
