This is what I call an uh-oh sweater......am calling it a ponchette as I ran out of yarn and could not put full sleeves on it, so I only stitched the sides together 1/2 way up to give it a poncho feel with the big arm holes......this will be in my 2017 fall show......

Thanks, Sue......I was heartsick to not have enough yarn to do sleeves, but we improvise, right?

Looks great. Solved the problem in a good way. One would never know that this was not planned that way.

I think that sometimes the best things are things that are not planned for. I love this sweater/poncho/ topper...I'd wear it a lot of the time.

To me sometimes the uh- oh is better than the planned one. I do believe that is the case here. I love this/Lillian
