You could look for fabric with those people on it. I was surprised how much is available now with so many characters at Jo-Ann Fabrics. You could do an appliqué onto a shirt with it, and perhaps a hairband to match. Look online and see if it is available yet. If it is popular it just may be available or perhaps soon.
