My first 2017 project completed!<br /><br />
Hello Cuties, remember my Maine bag I embroidered, with the lighthouse and lobster? Well, the lady that won it on the trip, then asked me to embroider her a team bag, when we got home and it didn't have to be until after Christmas. So I did this today. I emailed her some photos already, so I hope this is what she wanted. She left it up to me, but I think she will be pleased, don't you? I fussy cut the applique fabric, so I could get the cat/tiger in and used a fake leather, for the football. It was hard for me to trim ITH, with the bag turned almost wrong side out or curled up all around, so my edges are not as good as I would have liked......

Toggie, a super design you have done for this lady. I am sure she shall be thrilled with the result. I can see there will be more orders when she uses it with pride and shows all her friends. I hope you did not sell yourself short, as I know how much lovingly hard work you put into these bags. Sandra.

She did like it but hasn't picked it up yet as she lives pretty far away. She is coming through Sunday, so we will see.

She looked at the photos I sent and called me planning to pick it up Sunday afternoon. Seems they will be coming through this way, on their way, to a grand child's birthday. So I guess my timing was good.

I'm learning how to work this. What's the flower for? I can actually say, you know more about this than me, I'm usually the one that tells you how to or where to go, lol.

I am a LSU FAN I lived there well I was born there. I love this. I do embroidery an love it. You said you made the bag then used material with LSU ON IT to make this.

I dl it in 2013, but don't have where it is from. There is one at appliqueforkids.com on sale for $2. right now that looks like it. I didn't stitch the bar across this one, as it would have fallen across my tiger head.

Great job Toogie. I have had to make things for LSU also since my son n law has an aunt and cousins that live in La. When Ala. plays LSU in La my grand daughter and her family usually stay there at their home. I get to make gifts for them to take LOL I'll have to copy you on this cause I bet they would like this very much/Lillian
