I wish it was from my home, but no. It was posted on Facebook by our local TV Station. I just had to share its beauty. Probably taken with the News Helicopter.

I love Vancouver and looking forward to our return next year. My husband did a scenic flight over Vancouver and around the mountains down to Washington DC it holds great memories for him.

Thanks for the photo, I have been to Vancouver some years ago. You live in a beautiful part of our world, I visited lots of areas the gardens were amazing, I really enjoyed my time there. I would like to visit again some day. Stay warm. Sandra.

A frozen palace! Beautiful photo.. I know we complain here in GA,USA. ,but we are not equipped to handle any measure of snow. No snow plows and when we get ice and snow it shuts us down. I am sure you are used to going on as usual. Do you drive in this weather or just stay at home? Kay

We haven't gotten much snow in the lower mainland of Vancouver for a few years and we are not used to driving in it, so it does cause a lot of problems. I am retired now, and no longer drive a car, so I just stay home and keep warm.

I think your area of the world is some of the most beautiful land on the planet. I once sailed through the San Juan islands. This pic I would love as a poster.
