Anybody ordered from Nicole's Designs NI ?

I placed an order but can't see where to download the designs. Had trouble finding the shopping cart after I placed something in it. Only way I found it again was to put something else in it then take it out and complete transaction. It also kept wanting to change from English to either Dutch or German not sure.
Am I missing something ?
The site says Welcome to my new site so maybe just teething problems.
I have sent an Email off but that was over an hour ago.
