I can't see my design when it is transfer by the ScanCard (Customizer 2000 v1.5, installed on Windows Vista) to my Janome Memory Craft 9000. Please help me.

Sorry I don't use this version. I am assuming you are using a Janome machine.
What I would check is that the design fits inside the hoop, That is a common error made that can drive you crazy with trying to load a design.
Hopefully someone will come along that can help.
Meantime welcome.

I don't have this machine or software, but like babash wrote, I had a design on my usb stick that would not show on the machine. And it seemed to be the case: the design was too large for my machine to embroider. Perhaps that's the case with your design too.

Did you get it working ?

Kitty56, if the design is still not showing - put it on your computer, open it in the Janome software and SAVE AS as a Janome file for your machine.
It should work after that.
This is what I was learnt while watching others who had Janomes and problems with certain designs they had bought.

I think the 9000(if this is the machine that came out in the 1990,s) uses sew format not he current jef-check the format in your manual

I had the Janome Memory Craft 9000 which can read designs saved in .sew format only and have no more than 12 colours. Check your design format, number of colours and your hoop size.

My designs are in sew format and the size of the hoop is fine. The problem is that for some reason when I saved the design for the second time it didn't transfer the design to the ScanCard, Since that the machine can't read any design that I created. I appreciated all of you for your help.

This is the machine I sew on for all my sewing it is a workhorse I love it, I have even forgotten how to embroidery on it. I no longer use it for embroidery. I have the janome 500E and a Babylock Ellageo I use for embroidery

Kitty, can you take your machine to the dealer where you bought it? Maybe the personnel there can help you with your issue. I'm sorry I can't help as I don't have that machine. Good luck in finding out how to accomplish this. Love Chris, Newcastle, Australia.
P.S. A big Aussie welcome from me too.

Hi Kitty. I have a Janome Memory Craft 9000 and am a newbie too! Have you managed to get your design working? I'm interested as it could help me with my learning curve :) Cheers Vicki
