I've finally finished this baby quilt for a dear, dear friend who tried for 8 long years to have a baby. She finally was successful and I've been working on this quilt for 6 months! It has been slow going as I can't sit for long hours and sew but I finally made it. I also didn't get it out except for weekends because my smaller grandchildren are very curious about my sewing and want to "help". With almost 600 pieces cut, I really didn't need that kind of help. It's made out of flannel and is super soft.
