UPDATED BOTTOM of post-Avery has just been taken to ER-From all I could get out of SIL, Avery's GI tube got pulled out, how ? I don't know. Anyway, Ashley placed it back in but they took her to ER to be sure all is okay. Ashley has had to change it before but never has had it pulled out, so it may have torn something inside.....pray all will be well and no surgery tonight....Update 1:30 am- this from SIL-We may be here all night. We been moved to an er room. The tests they ran aren't showing good results. Dr. Is thinking there may be some other underlying digestive issues. Waiting again to run more tests. Wanting to rule out an obstruction or twisted stomach. The dye hasn't moved at all in nearly two hours.UPDATE- MON Well the only thing I can tell you at this point, they are home. I don't know the details, but as soon as I do, I will let you know. It must not have been as bad as they first thought or they were able to fix whatever it was. I just don't know at this point. I do know prayers were answered. I give thanks to Our Father in Heaven and all of you. -Toogie UPDATE TUESDAY- Avery seems to be doing fine and is even back in school today- I still am having a hard time understanding how 'they' at the hospital could scare us by telling us one thing then the Dr come in and say everything looks fine. Of course by the time the Dr came in the contrast had started moving. Anyway they came home in the wee hours of the morning yesterday and she was okay all day and last night on her night feeds. - I tell you this is an amazing child to be able to bounce back after all she goes through. God has a plan I know. She has touched the hearts of so many people, Cuties included. I love you all for caring and praying for our little 'Cutie'. From the depths of my heart, I thank you-Toogie
