My granddaughter Georgie was given this doll for Christmas. The doll is 18 inches tall. Are there any free sewing or knitting patterns out there so I can make some clothes. The doll was bought in the U.K.

I have now seen that there are plenty of patterns available. Should keep me busy just looking 👓

Would the "American Girl" patterns fit? I think they are for 18 inch dolls.

Pixie Faire is a great site for clothing for these dolls. They also have a charity called SEW-POWERFUL which is mission based.
There is a sign- up window that pops upon the Home Page, This is for Freebie Friday patterns.
There are also a number of free patterns to download now.

Have a look.

Looks like our Cuties to the rescue again...Pixie Faire is top notch...and it sure looks very much like an American Girl and they are 18" dolls as well...Also, Simplicity and McCalls make patterns for little girls dresses that also include a pattern for a matching dress for 18" dolls...I have several for my little ones...There are also some ITH designs for clothes for 18" dolls too...
