Hi everyone,

Is there somebody who has a Bernina 750QE and a Mac?
I don't know how to download a design in EXP. My machine sews with EXP.

Normally when I buy designs I am asked where to I want to save it and I get a zip-file. Nothing happens now.
I paid for the membership, but I am unable to download anything. Neither by pushing on the blue EXP tab.
Maybe the combination Mac and EXP doesn't match?
I also don't have Bernina software on my computer, because this is a Mac, Apple. They only have it for PC Windows.
But normally this isn't a problem, I don't know why it is now.
Can someone with a Mac who needs EXP-format for their designs help me?
Thank you!

Hmmm, sorry I don't have a Mac...but I know on my Windows 10, there is a setting to ask where you want your download to go....If you don't set it, the download will default to the "Download" folder in File Explorer...looked like the download just vanished until I figured it out...took me a bit to understand that...then when I did, found all sorts of stuff there...perhaps Mac has a similar feature...and BIG Welcome to Cute!

Kate, click on your hard drive, scroll down to Preview, click on it and you should see your downloads. From there you should be able to see your designs you downloaded. The format does not make any difference on the computer. Being unable to download from a web site is a problem on the site, not your Mac. Good luck. Nan W
