This should probably be under sewing but I just wanted to thank Martine (mops) for her kindness in digitizing the tiny German flag for the pocket of my latest shirt for my husband. Martine, he loves it.

That was very kind of Martine to digitize the German flag for you and I am sure your husband is very proud of your combined effort to make him this great shirt.

I love the shirts you make for Klaus and yourself. They look so professional and good on Martine for the Germn flag, beautifully digitised and sewn out. Love Chris

I just love your sewing/shirts. They are better than any bought ones. Your hubby must beam when he wears them.
Martine is special, alright, and the flag makes it look like a purchased shirt (no insult intended). Love that idea, whose ever it was.
Great job Cuties!!!

I like the shirt and the flag looks nice.
What sort of stabiliser did you use in the collar and stand- I find the fusible cotton type the best but still not stiff enough.

I use an iron on vilene stiffener. There is no name it and every time I buy it, it varies in quality. When I finished the shirt I washed it to just soften the collar and stay. I always use a strip on the pocket top as well.

Thank you. I use a thin fusible for a lot of applications. Recently saw a free Craftsy video on inserting zips that used thin strips in the seams before inserting the zip. Might give that a try in jersey.
