Dear Cuties, I'm asking for prayers for release for my Mother-in-law who I have known since I was 15. I think I mentioned late last year that we had gone down to Canberra for her 90th birthday.

Well, she was diagnosed with Liver Cancer not very long ago and all of our family from Newcastle have been down to see her.

Trev got a call from his brother on Thursday saying she had taken a turn for the worse so he decided to go down and Amy wanted to go too. So they left at 5.00am. I looked after the girls with drop off to school etc and had Delphi all day and then returned to collect Ophelie from school. Steve got home from work about 4.30 as the girls had swimming lessons. And I had them yesterday too, but a girlfriend of Amy's came and took Ophelie for a couple of hours in the morning and then Delphi in the afternoon and I took them home at 5.00pm.

Anyway, Trev and Amy saw Mum on Friday and again yesterday morning. Trev said Mum was having a lof of difficulty with chest pain due to her heart and she is not sleeping well. Amy rubbed Mum's legs which are very swollen due to a lack of Potassium. She is now on Morphine and another drug called Midazolam (for severe agitation).

Mum is of sound mind and decided not to have any intervention and so as long as the pain is under control she is comfortable. As many of you know it's just a waiting game at the moment.

We are all very emotional at the moment and it brings home the fact that life is just so precious. God bless and thanks for letting me vent. Love Chris
