Someone please tell me how to download the designs I purchased. I haven't had any luck with contacting the administrators of this site. I am not computer illiterate so I don't understand why I can't download.

It's a bit confusing at first when you try to download the designs, but if you have bought a membership - DO NOT PUT DESIGNS IN CART.
