Very nice...so batting and backing are both included or ??? Be nice if you would include a picture of the back as well...

No backing this time. It wouldn't look good with the fancy stitching.
Thanks for the update...I am not sure why it wouldn't look good with the fancy stitching if you changed the bobbin thread to match it should look very close to the front stitching...

Lovely block, I like the strong lines in this combo. I try to visualise what it would look like when you "windmill" 4 equal ones instead of varying the colours/fabrics and setting them straight. There are always so many variations for a block.

For this group I decided to keep the orientation constant. I really wanted to rotate by 90 degrees each time, but it would have made the instructions more complicated to write!
I can imagine writing those instructions :( but doesn't it look great. Thanks for showing.
