could someone please tell me what kind of app or program do I use to open up the embroidery. I have windows 10 on this notebook thing I have. I am not very comp. illiterate. Dumnb in fact but I love to use my brother to do embroider for people. You maybe wondering how I've gotten along this far, my very best friend who was great with comp. passed away unexpectedly last yr. and I have been lost ever since. I thought I would give it a try again. Can anyone please help. thank-you

You can try Wilcom Truesizer for free. I don't have Windows 10 but I believe they have a download for that system.

Hi! Welcome to cute. In windows 10 if you right click on the zip file then click on extract all this will unzip the files for you. The Wilcom Truesizer that Sewmom below suggests is also great for changing size and formats. Marian /Sydney Australia..

I would like to thank everyone so much for the warm and inviting welcome. Your information and imput is so wonderful and I appreiciate all the help I can get. It is nice to be involved in a community, since I lost my best friend I really haven't done much of anything including my quilting. I hope I can't get my embroidery going again. Thank-you Thank-you.
