Just got the binding on this quilt that we have been working on for church. Just sewing. Will be given away. Lady fussy cut all the eagles. I think it turned out very pretty

Is it going to be a tie quilt or is someone going to quilt it?
There is stitching through the whole quilt. It is in black thread, so hard to see.
