I took a photo of DH on his kayak during sunset last year and have converted it to embroidery. I have made a couple of sew on badges for him, about 4cm and 11cm. The large one has "the man the myth the legend" on it like the embroidered apron we gave him for Christmas. The threads for the sky and water are done in two different coloured threads.

Thank you, I made them sew on that way he can have them on whatever he likes and he can have them on something else if he changes his mind later too

Thank you. I think it will be a lifelong learning process. i know some areas still need work but they will keep dh happy for now as he has been asking me to do this for a while but i have only just learnt how to get this far.
