Hi Cuties i would like to share my belated brthday gift from my daughter and g/daughters they took me to Cessnock Zoo which was wonderful they had Meerkats which are my favourite animals and as we were about to leave they all turned to me and said "Happy Birthday Nan" you are going to have a 30minute experience in the enclosure with the Meerkats wowwwwwwwwwww what a fantastic pesent...soozie

Yes I am very lucky My daughter and her girls. I think they got just as much watching me with the meerkats as i did playing with them...soozie

So glad to hear that you enjoyed your special day, and what a fabulous treat and surprise for you. We visited Cessnock zoo many years ago when my children were young, and family lived near by. Nice to hear it is still there for people to enjoy. Sandra.

Hi Chris It was the best. Their fur was so soft and the meerkat that was on watchout duty decided to climb onto my shoulder and kept watch for any predators and stayed here for about 10minutes was a great day...soozie

hey were really so tame very food orieneted we were given bowls of their favourie food and they would scramble all over you to get their food...soozie
