neither have I. I always refused to do free advertising , so I threw mine away. Your brain is so much smarter than mine!
Thank you to you both, I am not smarter, but the first thing that came into my mind was how to use up my scraps and make a stronger shopping bag. I have actually made one of them before but without any applique, so it was posted in another section :-)
