I learned a zipper trick online. Have you ever unzipped the slider right off the end of the zipper? Well, you can use a regular dinner fork and insert the slider face down between two of the tines. It holds it nice and steady so that you can feed the zipper tape back in. The tutorial I watched also put another slider on the same zipper, to make it a two-way. Wouldn't that be great for ith bags?

Very smart! I masking tape the end of a zipper for ITH bag before cutting to needed length, but I can see where two sliders might be nice.
