I'm really chuffed with this bag. Apart from preparing the fabric handles, it is made in the hoop up to where I took the last picture. All that remained was to finish off the last seam in the lining. It is made in modules. I used a zipped pocket module, a flap pocket module and two simple pocket modules. The nasturtium fabric was a tablecloth from the Ikea sale. I used one of your zips, Carolyn (huge thanks.)

It's gorgeous. Still amazes me you managed to do that in the hoop

Sue you never cease to amaze with your designs and skills. 10 out of 10 for this one. How long did it take to make?

An afternoon would have done it - without interruptions or design tweaks - or the need to take photographs!

You are amazing with all your ideas. Your nasturtium material bought a huge lump to my throat. They were my mothers favourite flower and I love them as well. Your bag is beautiful.

What an amazing looking bag Sue. I think you have excelled in this one. This bought back memories for me too as a little lass I loved a book called "The Nasturtium that was too big for its boots" or something like that. I've never been able to find a copy as it was over 55 years ago here in Australia when I read it. Great job once again Sue, you are amazing. Love Chris

Excellent! I admire your patience and perseverance in engineering this. Quite a challenge you set yourself. I would have opted for the sewing machine unless I wanted to do more than a few.

Patience isn't my strong point! I just like to prove to myself that something is possible.

Great job, but how many hours do you have in this?
Not that many - it would be quicker next time as I have all the steps sorted now (and wont have to unpick anything because I forgot to add handles or lining!)) It will take me longer to write the instructions.

Great bag with lots of outside pockets for slipping glasses ,phones & keys in & out as you need to use these quickly at times.
