I have been able to download from "More" the instructions in pdf format but when I click on the embroidery file I can see garbled text only. Could you please help?

I just tried it and it worked without issue. I am using Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. Try to clear your cache and then attempt to download again.
Sorry you're having trouble with the download, but I see rescuer, true to her name, came to your rescue!🙂 I'm sure this will work for you.
