What a kind and lovely thing for you to do. I wish I had that kind of hair, as I have gotten older my has got thinner, and it was always a fine texter, some in the family got curls but not me. Mother said it was because I did not eat my bread crust,( her idea to get me to eat better since I'm a pickie eater) I still am.

We sound very much the same---we always ate the bread crust---it was just what we did---my hair has gotten thinner as I grow old---and it has always been fine---had a bit of curl in the back since my teens---a long time ago----gray is in it, too---some places will not take gray---so I am still researching---thanks for sharing--GOD bless you!!!

My hair is also very thin and fine. I have eaten bread crusts (best part) all my life !!
