5 days of embroidery, a lot of thread, but i am satisfied. For the applique blocks I used my cutting machine.
Added a pic off the cutting pieces. I worked with an offset of 1mm.

Yes it works great. For every block I had to do seven pieces applique, this means I had to take out the hoop 7 times to cut away the unnecessary fabric. I will add a picture from the cuts. This 7 steps you havn´t to do with a cutting machine.

Great color placement and impeccable stitching! I'm curious about how you finiched the edges. Did you just turn the edges under?

I sewed all blocks together, added the back fabric right sites together and turned through a small opening.

Thank you, Im working with the silhouette Cameo.You must have the Designer edition or the Designer+ for this work. If you have Designer+,you can read embroydery files, ungroup those files and delet all except the place holders for applique, then give an offset of 1mm, give the fabric a stabilizer then you are ready to cut.

Wunderschön - und sehr exakt mit der Cutting-machine. Ich nehme an, das ist Software und Sonderzubehör Deiner Stickmaschine? Oder ist es eine separate Maschine? Da bräuchte man wohl spezielle Stanzen?

Das ist eine seperate Maschine, man braucht nur eine Software, die in der Grundversion kostenfrei ist, alles Andere siehe in meinem Kommentar zu Shirley 124.

Beautiful--I am just enthralled with those cutting machines--still not sure how they work-a friend is working with hers and trying new things--would love to get the hang of it all + all the different supplies you can buy--but, sadly, I don't think I'd use one enough to pay for the thing. Wonderful if all the applique designs you get had the format for the machines though.
