There is a saying in my area of the world: "Welcome to Utah. If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes"

Last week we had temps in the 80's. Today, it is snowing! Our mountains received over a foot of new snow. In the morning on your way to work, you may need your car heater. By afternoon, on the same day, you may need your A/C. Never a dull weather moment here!

We have those heater in the morning, a/c in the afternoon days sometimes in Feb. and March. But not much of any snow ever! My Boston relatives used to say that "wait 5 minutes" saying.

Crazy weather. 80° to show? Wow, don't take your sweaters out of the rotation yet.

We get snow in June and July. It has been that way since I have been in this State. We get unseasonably warm temps in November or December for a week too. It is just a taste of weather in case some of us are forgetful.

In Georgia we call it black berry winter. It is hard to know how to dress when you leave the house in the morning.

It sounds so much like where I grew up (in New England). We had the same saying too. I always dressed in layers.

I had a Japanese visitor last week who said he had weather from all four seasons in one day while he was in the UK. Like the 5 minutes rule
