As I live in Australia I buy mine from Punch with Judy 12"x10yds is $60.00 Australian dollars.

Yes Sandy, everything is expensive here for sewing articles. Fabric, sewing notions etc. I wish we only had to pay a few dollars for a metre (yard) of fabric like our American sisters. Love Chris
Don't feel too bad, Chris. Any more we can expect to pay $11-14 for quality cotton fabric by the yard.
